This is a quiet, peaceful, and clean home in San Diego, run with care and high standards. It is becoming a place for meditation gatherings, personal growth, and encouraging conversation, where housemates take real initiative to keep the home beautiful rather than waiting to be asked. We lean toward holistic health and wellness, organic food, and sustainable living. The home already runs on solar and a home battery for energy independence, with an EV charger. A rainwater catchment project is next, and we hope to grow toward roughly a quarter self-sustaining over time. We pursue passion projects, including AI-produced content for social media meant to offer something good to the world: peace and understanding across relationships, and accessible integrative-health information. We are looking for quiet, clean, considerate people with steady income who value a calm, cared-for home. Living here is also a way to get to know one another and see whether we are a long-term fit, since the longer vision is to build or buy a property together, and financial stability is what will make that possible.
